TMS operates a simple linear management structure which allows for quick decisions, easy implementation and monitoring. The management team comprises a Chief Executive Officer or General Manager, an Operations Manager, an Administration, Human Resources and Accounts Manager and a Business Development Manager.
The CEO or General Manager is the internal ultimate authority and is responsible for providing overall direction for the company. His duties include policy formulation, planning and coordinating operations at the highest level of management with the help of three other subordinate executives or staff managers.
The Operations Manager and Administration, Human Resources and Accounts Manager are responsible for the fine details of operations as it relates to service delivery and internal order, staff concerns and company finances respectively, while the Business Development Manager explores new areas of service provision, new business relationships and better ways of doing what we do.
